Job summary

VHR Global Technical Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic L&D Manager to design, deliver and embed sales training across the organisation, with emphasis on new business generation and client development.

You will coach consultants and managers on structured sales techniques, track performance via KPI data, and ensure consistent use of VHR’s recruitment processes and CRM systems. This role focuses on improving productivity and sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and delivering sales training programmes.
• Strong ability to translate KPI data into actionable coaching priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage consultants and managers.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales training needs and design, deliver and embed programmes across the business.
• Develop training covering the full recruitment sales cycle, including prospecting and closing.
• Coach consultants and managers on new business techniques and effective messaging.
• Create supporting materials such as call guides, role-play exercises and playbooks.
• Monitor KPIs and reporting, identify gaps and drive targeted development actions.
• Promote and ensure consistent use of CRM/ATS systems for accurate activity data.
