Job summary

Jobtailor in Glasgow, United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced Sales Training Specialist to develop and deliver coaching programs for both new starters and veteran outbound sales teams.

You will run workshops and roleplays, craft scripts and playbooks, coach on call structure and objection handling, and use CRM and dialler data to drive measurable performance improvements for the wider sales organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong background in appointment setting, SDR or outbound sales.
• Proven experience coaching or developing sales teams.
