Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Creation of area business plans to drive growth and profitability with Contractors and Wholesalers in your assigned geography.
  • Develop business relationships with contractors & branch managers in your geographic area.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with the Regional MK sales teams, Customer Service Team, and the wider HBT sales team on customer proposals and orders.
  • Plan and prioritize customer/client contact to achieve business aims and sales targets.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in the electrical industry, preferably with electrical contractors or experience with MK Electric & Honeywell Lighting Control.
  • Ability to form and manage customer relationships across all levels.
  • Confident, optimistic, with a strong belief in own ability to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence to lead meetings with internal and external customers.
