Elite People Ltd is looking for a dynamic Sales Team Manager in Birmingham City Centre to lead a growing sales team and drive performance. You will coach, coach, coach and manage a team of Sales Consultants, shaping daily activity, pipeline, conversion and new‑business wins.

You will be close to day‑to‑day activity, use CRM data for decision making, recruit and onboard new staff, and create a high‑impact culture that delivers results and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team in a high‑volume, target‑driven environment.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales, pipeline management and conversion.
• Practical experience of call coaching, developing salespeople and managing performance.
• Confidence using CRM systems and sales reporting to make decisions.
• Organised and commercially aware with ability to motivate and hold people accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team to achieve and exceed new‑business sales targets.
• Translate business goals into daily, weekly and monthly activity targets and KPIs.
• Deliver call coaching, regular one‑to‑ones and development plans.
• Use CRM data to track pipeline, conversion and productivity; identify where support is needed.
• Address underperformance constructively while maintaining sales quality and compliance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training to improve lead flow and customer experience.

£38,000-£45,000 basic salary plus 20% bonus

Are you a hands‑on sales leader who enjoys coaching people and turning targets into results?

Elite People is recruiting a Sales Team Manager for a growing business providing fuel and fleet solutions to business customers. This is an opportunity to shape a new‑business sales team and play a key part in its continued growth.

You will lead a team of Sales Consultants, helping them build pipeline, improve conversion and win new customers. You will be close to the day‑to‑day activity, listening to calls, coaching individuals and creating a team culture that combines clear expectations with practical support.

The role
