PGL Travel is seeking a Sales Team Leader to drive a high-performing team in Ross-on-Wye. You will lead, inspire and develop colleagues to maximise profitable growth within the Education & Groups market, delivering outstanding sales and service experiences for customers.

You'll set clear objectives, monitor performance, coach staff, and ensure targets are met across a defined region, while fostering a positive, proactive team culture aligned to PGL values.
