You will play an integral part in delivering the organisation’s strategy and plan, and ultimately ensure delivery on the customer promise. Key Responsibilities
  • Working with your Branch Manager to support them in motivating a large team, including line management responsibility for the sales team.
  • Managing sales, resource, and customer service within the branch to ensure both sales and operations KPIs are met.
  • As part of the management team, you will have supervisory responsibilities to help deliver a great performance across key business measures and in line with the Company’s core values.
  • Ensuring the branch is fully compliant in line with the branch standards to maintain a balanced performance.
  • Having an enthusiastic willingness to be involved daily in HR, performance management, succession planning, and recruitment, as our people are our most valuable asset.
  • Supporting external recruitment and inductions to ensure quality, as well as internal development by identifying and nurturing existing talent within the business.
  • Promoting a customer-focused mindset to ensure the customer remains at the heart of our operations.
Skills And Experience
  • Experience in leadership, motivating, and driving your own sales team.
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Sales experience with a proven track record in managing key accounts.
  • Ability to establish, build, and maintain key accounts.
  • Organized and resourceful approach to work.
