Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Branch Manager in motivating a large team, including line management responsibilities for the sales team.
  • Managing sales, resources, and customer service within the branch to meet sales and operational KPIs.
  • As part of the management team, supervising to deliver strong performance aligned with company values.
  • Ensuring branch compliance with standards to maintain balanced performance.
  • Engaging daily in HR activities such as performance management, succession planning, and recruitment, recognizing our people as our most valuable asset.
  • Supporting external recruitment, inductions, and internal development to nurture talent within the business.
