Sales Team Leader / Business Development Team Leader / Telemarketing Supervisor / Sales Supervisor / Internal Sales Team Leader / Business Developer required to join a distributor of electrical products.

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader / Business Development Team Leader / Telemarketing Supervisor / Sales Supervisor / Internal Sales Team Leader / Business Developer with a proven background in sales and business development. You'll be managing 2 business development staff.

The successful candidate can come from any call centre / phone-based background with previous team leader experience.

£28,000 - £33,000 depending on experience

Role
Office based business development position with the opportunity to visit clients if needed.

1. Business development and account management.
2. Telemarketing and business development.
3. Team leading - 2 staff.
4. Development of lapsed and existing accounts.
5. Able to follow, plan and execute both branch and nationwide sales strategies.
6. Commutable to Gateshead.

Requirements
Experience as a Sales Team Leader / Business Development Team Leader / Telemarketing Supervisor / Sales Supervisor / Internal Sales Team Leader / Business Developer or similar.
Previous experience working within a call centre or phone-based role and willing to make calls.
Leadership experience.
Must be commutable to office in Gateshead.
