An established industry player is seeking a Sales Advisor Team Leader for a dynamic role in their Sunderland store. This full-time position offers a chance to lead customer service initiatives and develop team capabilities while ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This is a6-month temporary full-time position offering 35 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Sunderland store.
As a Sales Advisor Team Leader, you lead the way in direct customer service, store operations, and team development whilst supporting the management team to deliver the best experience for customers and colleagues.
This role is a great step for those with some supervisory experience who wish to pursue a management role in H&M as a Visual Merchandiser or Department Manager.
