My client, a leading B2B gas supplier, is looking for an experienced Sales Support Team Leader to join their team in Bury.

Role

As the Sales Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the team provides timely and accurate data for the sales and delivery processes. You will oversee the issuance of quotations in a timely manner and ensure all contracts deliver optimal value by identifying underperforming and non-compliant sites and taking appropriate actions.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the speedy and accurate production of prices by account managers.
  • Support account managers in achieving a 24-hour turnaround on prices.
  • Provide presales checks including credit and consumption validation.
  • Liaise with brokers and TPIs.
  • Manage Micro Business renewals and related queries.
  • Identify and implement system or process improvements to enhance efficiency and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Support entry into the Electricity market.
  • Develop and implement KPIs and reports in line with management requirements.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and build relationships.
  • Proven IT skills, including MS Office and MS Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a challenging environment.
