We're looking for an Sales Team Lead to manage, coach and mentor a 5 person strong Manchester sales team

Our client is Manchester's fastest-growing sales consultancies helping businesses scale with innovative sales and social media strategies.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Develop a Sales Team: Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team to hit targets.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with founders to align strategies, recruit new staff and deliver results.

About You:

• 3+ Years of Sales experience, ideally in a consultancy or services-based business.
• Passion for leading people. You may be an experienced manager already or looking to make the step up to leadership
• Proven Track Record of hitting targets and coaching a team to success.
