A leading organization in housing support seeks a Housing Support Team Leader. This role offers a chance to lead a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality services that empower vulnerable customers. A successful candidate will be subject to a DBS check and must hold a valid driving licence.
Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours per week)

At the heart of the Housing Support Service is a clear mission: to empower customers to sustain their tenancies and enhance their overall wellbeing.
As the Housing Support Team Leader, you will play a key role in shaping service delivery while leading, developing, and inspiring your team. You will keep the team aligned with customer-focused goals and outcomes, ensuring high performance and exceptional service remain at the heart of everything we do. You’ll proactively manage customer feedback and complaints, contribute positively to the wider team, and take a hands-on approach to monitoring and mitigating risks.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for recruiting, guiding, and inspiring your team, empowering individuals to reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to service goals. You will also ensure full compliance with partner Service Level Agreements and act as the Safeguarding Champion for the service.
Collaboration is key. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure our services evolve to meet the needs of vulnerable customers, both now and in the future. Driving innovation and embedding sustainable practices within our housing support provision will be central to your success.

Please note that the successful candidate will be required to undergo a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as part of the recruitment process. Additionally, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
