Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Sales Support Team Administrator in London to support the sales team from enquiry to completion, handling quotations, presentations and client communications. You will work on product specification and commercial coordination, liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure requirements are understood and projects progress smoothly.

The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and commercially minded, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and a desire to develop

Responsibilities

  • Preparing professional sales quotations, presentations and supporting documents using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Providing day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the sales team.
  • Assisting with product specification, considering functionality, design, quality and budget.
  • Liaising with clients to respond to queries and ensure requirements are understood.
  • Developing knowledge of suppliers, products and services to support product selection.
  • Assisting sales professionals with orders, proposals, presentations and project administration.
  • Coordinating information between clients, suppliers and internal team to progress projects.
  • Attending showroom and client visits, supporting product selection and client requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records and up-to-date quotations, orders and client information.
  • Building positive relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Taking ownership of administrative tasks and seeking process improvements.
  • Supporting the team with general office and project administration as required.

The Role

As a Sales Support Team Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the sales team and helping to ensure projects run smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.

This is a varied role combining administration, sales support, client communication, product specification and commercial coordination. You will work closely with both clients and suppliers, gaining valuable industry knowledge and developing your understanding of how commercial workplace projects are delivered.

Key Responsibilities
