Job summary

Monzo Business is expanding in London and seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join the UK Sales team. You will combine hands-on sales with customer insight to move high‑intent Spanish‑speaking customers forward while shaping scalable playbooks.

Based in our London office, you’ll work closely with Spain GTM, Growth Product, Customer Operations, Risk and Compliance to test, learn and implement a safe, effective sales motion for Spain from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong written and spoken skills.
• Hands-on sales experience (AE/SDR/BDR) with consultative approach.
• Experience selling to or supporting small businesses, preferably fintech/SaaS.
• Able to qualify opportunities, handle objections and follow up.
• Comfort with early-stage, fast-changing environments and process building.
• Organised, data-driven with CRM tools and strong judgement.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Product, GTM, Marketing, Ops.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and converting high-intent Spanish-speaking prospective customers via phone and email.
• Work across assisted-conversion journeys, including waitlist and lead follow-up.
• Explain Monzo Business's proposition clearly, guiding next steps without giving regulated advice.
• Qualify opportunities, handle objections and follow up to move customers forward.
• Help run GTM and conversion experiments, capture outcomes, and inform changes.
• Turn conversations into insights by identifying recurring questions and friction.
• Shape Spain sales playbook, including messaging and scripts.
• Maintain accurate records with Customer Operations, Risk and Compliance.
