Job summary

Monzo is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Business Banking, with scope across product and market sectors in the UK. The role is based in London or Cardiff or remote within the UK, embedding in squads and partnering with Product, Growth, Marketing and Sales to drive launches and adoption.

You will own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for major product areas, and work with local teams to adapt propositions for European markets as Monzo expands.

Qualifications

• Senior PMM with product marketing ownership across multiple products or markets.
• Ability to work upstream in product-market fit and influence roadmaps.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Growth, Marketing and Sales to drive launches.

Responsibilities

• Set Product Marketing Strategy for a major area of Business Banking with measurable outcomes.
• Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions for target segments.
• Drive competitive intelligence and market insights to shape product strategy and GTM.
• Shape product strategy across markets and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Define go-to-market strategy and ensure consistent customer journeys across touchpoints.
