Monzo is seeking a CRM Manager to establish and grow CRM across EU markets. You will define how we communicate with customers throughout their lifecycle, build scalable processes, and own the ongoing engagement strategy with multilingual capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a native or fluent Spanish or Italian speaker with a proven track record in CRM execution across channels, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to drive sustainable growth as Monzo expands internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing CRM across multiple channels and markets.
• Native or fluent Spanish or Italian speaker.
• Ability to build CRM from the ground up and scale across EU markets.

Responsibilities

• Establish CRM in the EU, from onboarding to long-term retention.
• Own BAU campaigns across email, push, and in-app.
• Design lifecycle journeys across touchpoints to maximize impact.
• Identify data points needed to launch new journeys for EU markets.
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams as CRM SME.
• Translate data insights into opportunities and prioritise builds.
