IGXGlobal, an ePlus Technology, inc. Company, is seeking a Sales Support Representative in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on administrative support across the sales cycle while building foundational skills for progression within the sales organization.

You will place orders from customer POs, follow up to ensure timely delivery, manage open orders, and support invoicing accuracy. Strong communication and IT familiarity are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately place orders from customer PO's into the system.
• Follow-up on orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage open orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Ensure invoicing activity is timely and accurate.
• Resolve issues with customers and suppliers.
• Learn vendor programs to source products for ePlus at best price.
• Assist customers with returns and order inquiries.
