Job summary

IGXGlobal, an ePlus Technology, inc. Company, is seeking a Sales Support Representative to manage administrative duties across the sales cycle from a remote UK location.

You will place orders from POs, follow up on deliveries, and support quoting while building strong internal relationships. You will develop a solid understanding of our vendor programs to source products at advantageous prices, handle returns inquiries, and help resolve issues with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computers/networking and the IT industry as a whole.
• Excellent communication/phone skills are a must.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask is a must.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products is a must.
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately place orders into the system from customer-issued PO's.
• Follow-up on orders to ensure delivery within customer expectations.
• Lead open order management to ensure timely delivery.
• Confirm invoicing activity is timely and accurate.
• Resolve issues with customers and suppliers.
• Learn vendor programs to source products at advantageous prices for ePlus.
• Assist customers with returns, inquiries, and information requests.
• Develop relationships with sales, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist with quoting and upsell opportunities.
