Job summary

• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Analyse order intake metrics and report on performance to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the order intake function.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across all activities.

About The Role

As an Order Intake Lead at EOS IT Solutions, you will oversee and manage the order intake process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all customer transactions. You will lead a team of associates, providing guidance and support to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
