Job summary

Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for our client, an award winning organisation, to hire a Customer Sales Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis in Hillington. You must have experience supporting the sales team and be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

You will work Monday-Thursday 8am - 4:45pm and Friday 8am - 12:30pm, with a salary of £14.45 per hour. Immediate start is required; long-term opportunities may arise.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sales Administrator or similar role.
• Immediate availability.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience handling telephone and email enquiries.
• Able to commute to Hillington in reasonable time.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
• Prepare and review quotations ensuring margins align with parameters.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Communicate delivery status to clients.
