Job summary

Active Staff is recruiting a Sales Support professional in the UK to work closely with customers, depots, transport teams and internal departments, acting as a key contact throughout the order process.

The role involves accurate order processing, issuing confirmations, coordinating deliveries, invoicing, and supporting the team to maintain a positive customer experience. Monday to Friday, with opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing sales orders.
• Preparing and issuing professional order confirmations to customers.
• Contacting site representatives to pre-qualify deliveries and ensure sites are ready to receive orders.
• Providing customers with clear and timely updates regarding deliveries.
• Raising invoices and processing card payments.
• Liaising with the Mechanical Design team to coordinate bespoke design approvals.
• Managing custom livery requirements with the Marketing team.
• Acting as a key point of contact for customer and purchase enquiries.
• Working closely with depot and transport teams to coordinate order fulfilment.
• Supporting the wider team to maintain an efficient and positive customer experience.
