IT Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Brighton is seeking a Sales Support Executive to own customer enquiries, renewals and commercial processes within a growing B2B services business.

The role is on-site for the first 3 months and then hybrid, so you must be locally based. You’ll manage inbound enquiries, coordinate meetings, maintain the CRM, prepare quotations and support commercial reporting, with no cold calling or individual sales targets.

Formación

• Experience in sales support, sales administration, account management or a similar role.
• Friendly and professional telephone manner.
• Confident using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer data.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with numbers.
• Proactive and ownership mindset to improve processes.
• B2B services or technology experience would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound enquiries, arrange customer meetings and ensure opportunities are followed through.
• Maintain the CRM, coordinate renewals, prepare quotations and support commercial reporting.
• No cold calling or individual sales targets; focus on organisation and customer relationships.
• You’ll be trusted to manage your own workload and contribute ideas to improve the business.
• You'll work closely with senior management to shape this new position.
