Job summary

Arc IT Recruitment Limited is assisting a Brighton-based technology services client to recruit for a non-sales, brand-new role within the commercial team. The successful candidate will maintain CRM accuracy, schedule meetings, and ensure renewals are tracked while shaping sales-service processes.

The role emphasizes service for existing customers, not new business generation, with hybrid working after an initial office-based onboarding period.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Personable communication and ability to build customer relationships.
• Initiative to develop the role and processes with minimal supervision.
• Experience in telecoms, IT or managed services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date.
• Book meetings and keep the commercial team organised.
• Ensure opportunities in the pipeline are followed through.
• Check in with existing customers ahead of contract renewals.
• Prepare quotes for smaller customer requests.
• Help shape processes linking sales and service delivery.
