• Act as central contact for sales support queries across internal teams and partners.

• Review reports and account information to ensure progress of opportunities.
• Investigate recurring issues and drive root-cause improvements.
• Prepare reports, action trackers and performance insights for governance meetings.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across the business and with partners.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and outcomes.
