Job summary

Selecta is seeking a Sales Support Executive to bolster our busy UK sales teams across Wholesale, Remote, Field, or National Accounts. You’ll manage data analysis, reporting, and administration to free field teams to win new business and retain customers.

Key tasks include site escalations, project work, processing COFs/Credits/CRFs, RAMS communications, and client reporting. We’re looking for someone with sharp analytics, strong communication, and a results‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and presentation building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong desire to close deals and complete tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.
• Experience in sales administration within a similar industry or role.
• Ability to understand financial impact of decisions and identify opportunities for Selecta.

Responsibilities

• Site escalations and providing resolutions to sites.
• Ad hoc project work including updating machine locations in systems.
• Raising COFs, Credits, and CRFs.
• Communicating site installations, surveys and RAMS.
• Chasing debt and resolving invoicing issues.
• Client reporting and providing timely updates.
• Take on additional projects as needed.
