Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Sales Support Administrator in Stockport to handle order processing, quotations and customer enquiries, with a £27,000–£30,000 salary plus a 15% bonus and benefits.

You will also assist invoicing and shipping while liaising with field-based sales staff to resolve queries. Ideal candidates have up to 12 months’ relevant experience in administration or operations, and strong communication, accuracy and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• 12 months’ experience in administration, operations or coordination.
• Order processing, invoicing or ERP experience would be beneficial.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn are key.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and prepare quotations.
• Respond to enquiries and assist with invoicing and shipping.
• Track orders and maintain accurate records; liaise with customers and field-based sales reps to resolve queries.
