Job summary

Confidential in London is seeking a Sales Support Executive to help our Sales Team turn opportunities into successful customer onboardings. You’ll work with colleagues, suppliers and local authorities to keep the sales process organised and moving forward.

You’ll keep client records and sales pipelines up to date in HubSpot, coordinate communication between the Sales Team and partners, support applications and onboarding, and prepare quotes, sales orders, invoices and reports.

Qualifications

• 12 months experience in telecommunications industry.
• Strong admin skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to communicate confidently with people.

Responsibilities

• Keep client records and sales pipelines up to date in HubSpot.
• Coordinate communication between Sales Team and partners.
• Support applications and onboarding, resolving customer queries.
