Job summary

Confidential is seeking a friendly, organised Sales Support Lead for an on-site role in Bideford, Devon. This full-time position offers a varied workload, working Monday to Friday 8.30am–5pm, with salary £28,000 - £30,000.

You will handle day-to-day admin and customer support, respond to enquiries by phone and email, process orders, and help keep records accurate. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service or sales support.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and everyday office systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer sales enquiries by telephone and email.
• Assist with processing and coordination of customer requirements.
• Manage and take the lead on complex customer service enquiries.
• Keep information and records accurate and up to date.
• Communicate with customers, colleagues and external contacts.
• Help ensure tasks are followed through efficiently.
• Provide general administrative support as required.
• Raise purchase orders and process sales orders with accuracy.
• Support the smooth running of the office and wider team.
