Job summary
Gotpeople’s client is seeking a Sales Support person to join the team. The company has 90 years of trading history and is an independent family-run business renowned for exceptional personal service.
The role involves handling sales order processing and sales support across customer service, orders, credit control, complaints, communications, and assisting Key Accounts personnel and agents. Working hours are 8:30–17:00, Monday to Friday.

You will be able to deliver on all aspects of sales order processing & sales support:
- Customer service
- Sales Orders
- Credit Control
- Complaints
- Communications
- Assist Key Accounts Personnel & Agents with all sales aspects
- Service desk
- Answering incoming calls
Responsibility for the medium term performance of the above (continuous improvement).
- Liaison with all Personnel, Customers & other parties.
