Job summary

Storm Technologies is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join our growing team in the UK. You will work with the Sales team to help grow the business, participate in training, and manage quotes and orders for a portfolio of customers.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience within an Account Management focused role or Sales Support role with another reseller.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in growing the business with a range of tasks.
• Induction to Storm and the industry, products and services.
• Quote management and administration for key customers.
• Raise quotes and place orders in coordination with the Sales team.
• Negotiate special price discounts with manufacturers.
• Handle queries related to order fulfilment.
• Deliver against defined customer service levels.
• Own the quote process and provide updates to account managers.
• Manage customer backlog, lead times, delivery performance and reporting.
• Identify improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain relationships with customers and supply chain contacts.
