At Lookers Farnborough Audi, we have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our experienced and growing team. As a Sales Support Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining our online presence for all vehicles, ensuring it is up to date with the latest offers and of the highest standard. You will also assist in preparing vehicles before they are advertised for sale.

You will report to the Sales management team at Farnborough Audi, who will provide ongoing support and the tools needed to succeed in your role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maximise online presence for new and used cars, drive website traffic, and create opportunities for the sales team.
  2. Update daily price changes.
  3. Ensure high-quality images are used online.
  4. Review pricing reports with the sales manager to ensure all stock is correctly priced within our policy, maximising sales opportunities.
Key Skills Required:
  1. Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Excel and Word.
  2. Understanding of the motor trade is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, supportive of their team, ambitious, eager to learn, IT literate, and comfortable using online databases. You should be confident in meeting customer requirements, organized in managing your workload, and excellent at building long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.

Previous motor trade experience or similar role experience is beneficial but not essential.
