Strange and Wright Recruitment Partners LTD is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join a busy Peterborough commercial team. The role blends internal sales, account management and business development, offering variety and real impact through revenue growth and strong customer service.

You will nurture relationships, qualify opportunities, handle enquiries and maintain CRM data while contributing to a healthy sales pipeline and collaborative cross-department support.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Developing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
• Managing customer enquiries and preparing quotations
• Following up opportunities and converting them into sales orders
• Proactively promoting products and services to customers
• Maintaining accurate customer information and sales activity on the CRM system
• Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline
• Working closely with colleagues across multiple departments to ensure excellent customer outcomes
• Providing regular updates on sales activity, opportunities and customer feedback

We are recruiting for a Sales Support Executive to join a busy and growing commercial team based in Peterborough.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing business opportunities and delivering excellent customer service. The role combines elements of internal sales, account management and business development, offering plenty of variety and the chance to make a real impact.

Working closely with colleagues across sales and customer service, you'll support existing customers, identify new opportunities and help drive revenue growth.

The Role

The Individual

• Previous experience in an internal sales, account management or business development role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and commercial approach to sales
• Experience using CRM systems
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, customer-focused attitude
• Experience within manufacturing, engineering, distribution or a technical sales environment would be an advantage
