Job summary

Usay Compare in the United Kingdom is seeking a people-focused contact to support customers, explain options and move inquiries toward sales. You will be the first point of contact, build rapport, and transfer interested callers to our Sales Advisers.

This role offers a guaranteed basic salary with uncapped commission and an OTE. You will work a rotating shift pattern with comprehensive in-house training and progression opportunities.

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building rapport and helping customers understand their options. There is no cold calling, every customer you speak to has already shown interest in our services.

Youll be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional support and transferring interested callers to our Sales Advisers. Your conversations directly contribute to successful sales, meaning your commission is in your hands.

Key Responsibilities

Salary & Commission

• £26,228 guaranteed basic with an annual salary review


• Uncapped monthly commission with realistic OTE of £33,000+

• Youll work on a 6-week rotating shift pattern, including a mix of shifts. Our opening hours are 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 6 Saturdays from 9am1pm.
