Job summary

Neville Lumb, part of the Wolseley Group, is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator in Branston. You will manage customer orders from purchase to delivery, acting as the main contact for updates and information on lead times, stock and deliveries.

You will organise stock, build supplier relationships and ensure timely service in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role offers a benefits package and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Plumbing & Heating, Construction or Sanitaryware experience.
• PC literacy in Excel and Outlook.
• A customer focused attitude.
• Great communication skills.
• Proven experience in organisation, prioritisation and the ability to multi-task.
• Prior experience working in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and professionally manage customer orders in terms of purchasing and supplying to meet expectations.
• Be the main point of customer contact providing updates and relevant information.
• Provide clear communication to customers regarding lead times, deliveries, stock availability, credit limits, returns, project updates and other information.
• Organise products to be in stock in a timely manner ready for customers.
• Build relationships with key suppliers.
