Bluetree Recruits Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a world-renowned imaging and optical technology brand. The Sales Support Coordinator will work with Account Managers and retailers, keep stock moving, manage orders in SAP, and help ensure customers stay happy.

You’ll own a group of retailers, share product launches and promotions, and perform behind-the-scenes admin to keep the operation running smoothly. Degree-level education and great communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education required.
• Excellent literacy and numeracy with keen attention to detail.
• Basic Excel skills; SAP experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and retailer teams; keep order books and pricing accurate in SAP.
• Run outbound call cycle; manage retailer accounts; track turnover and claims.
• Allocate stock per business guidelines for fast-moving, high-demand products.
• Manage Sales Support mailbox and group phone; respond within 24 hours.
• Release online orders and coordinate delivery bookings with logistics partners and retailers.
• Process faulty product returns, internal orders and staff sales within timescales.
• Log invoices against budgets and track spend across the year.
• Support the finance team with credit control escalations and ad hoc projects.
