Blue Tree Recruits Limited is hiring a Sales Support Coordinator in Surbiton, Surrey to join a world-renowned imaging and optical technology brand. You will support Account Managers, manage stock and pricing in SAP, and act as the main contact for your group of retailers.

This varied, people-focused role keeps orders flowing and drives great service. A degree and strong communication are essential; SAP is a plus, with a starting salary of £26,000 and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education
• Excellent literacy and numeracy with attention to detail
• Basic Excel skills and desire to develop them
• SAP experience is a bonus but not essential

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and retailer merchandising teams; keep order books and pricing in SAP
• Run outbound call cycle and manage retailer accounts; track turnover and claims
• Allocate stock per guidelines, focusing on fast-moving products
• Manage Sales Support mailbox and group phone line; respond within 24 hours
• Release online orders and coordinate deliveries with logistics partners and retailers
• Process faulty returns, internal orders and staff sales within timescales
• Log invoices against budgets and track spend
• Support finance with credit control escalations and ad hoc projects
