Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  2. Coordinate sales activities and update CRM systems.
  3. Assist in preparing sales reports.
  4. Manage the leasing process from enquiry to contract, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  5. Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
  6. Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  7. Listen to calls and grade the quality based on criteria set by management.
  8. Check broadband availability for customers, suggesting the best options.
  9. Conduct credit checks on customers prior to appointments.
  10. Manage the calling in dems line, transforming obtained information into actionable insights.
  11. Record and track customer interactions for future reference and analysis.
  12. Ensure rescheduled appointments are promptly rebooked, minimising drop-outs.
  13. Oversee all leasing documentation, ensuring all admin is up to date and completed on time.
  14. File all paperwork into the CRM system.
  15. Collaborate with brokers to ensure the best deal is reached.
  16. Chase customers for key information to process leases.
  17. Work with the billing team to ensure correct charges for equipment when leases are not processed or handled in-house.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities, deadlines, and last-minute scheduling adjustments.
  4. Knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
