Sales Support Coordinator – £25,000.00 per annum + Benefits!

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Diary Management – Organising and managing the field sales team’s appointments, ensuring they are efficiently scheduled with no clashes
  • Call Quality Control – Listening to telemarketing calls where appointments have been booked, assessing quality, and providing constructive feedback to improve performance
  • Booking Confirmations – Calling upcoming customers to confirm appointments, ensuring they are prepared and reducing no-shows
  • Sales Data Management – Maintaining and managing our in-house sales statistics platform, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis
  • Process Improvement – Identifying ways to streamline operations and improve efficiency within the sales team

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of outbound telemarketing experience in telecoms
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills – able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented – able to review calls and provide constructive feedback
  • Tech-savvy – comfortable working with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
  • A proactive team player – always looking for ways to improve processes and support the team
