The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic individual to support our Sales and Marketing team with administrative tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in achieving sales targets through administrative support.
  • Maintain organized documents, reports, and trackers.
  • Provide accurate sales reports and audit results on time.
  • Manage weekly partner invoicing and monthly budget analysis.
  • Handle bespoke terms and conditions requests professionally.
  • Create and distribute clear communications.
  • Support the hotel RFP process and ensure smooth operations.
  • Load and manage preferential rates accurately.
  • Assist senior leaders with diary management and meetings.
  • Keep secure and up-to-date records on shared drives.
  • Log and file data accurately.

What You Need:

  • Experience in administrative support, especially in sales and marketing.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
