The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our Sales and Marketing team, providing top-notch administrative support.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in achieving sales targets through effective admin support.
  • Maintain organized documents, reports, and trackers.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and audit results promptly.
  • Manage weekly partner invoicing and conduct month-end budget analysis.
  • Handle bespoke terms and conditions requests professionally.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively through crafted messages.
  • Oversee the hotel RFP process to ensure smooth operations.
  • Load and manage preferential rates accurately.
  • Support senior leaders with diary management and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain secure, up-to-date records on shared drives.
  • Accurately log and file data.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in administrative support within sales and marketing.
