The Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic individual to support our Sales and Marketing team with administrative tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in achieving sales targets through administrative support.
  • Maintain organized documents, reports, and trackers.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and audits.
  • Manage partner invoicing and analyze monthly budgets.
  • Handle bespoke terms and conditions requests.
  • Draft and distribute clear communications.
  • Manage the hotel RFP process efficiently.
  • Load and update preferential rates accurately.
  • Support senior leaders with diary management and meetings.
  • Keep records updated and secure on shared drives.
  • Ensure meticulous data entry and filing.
