Purpose of Role
To provide sales administration and support to customers and the global sales team.
Key Accountabilities
On a typical day you’ll be expected to:
Assist customers by creating and issuing up-to-date quotations for our entire product portfolio as well as following up with the customers on quotations that have been issued.
Responsible for loading and managing customers sale orders, while being accurate and efficient by acknowledging the order and confirming shipment dates.
Frequently review upcoming orders to identify potential delays to shipment dates and work with logistics, planning and purchasing teams, as well as the customers, to ensure orders are shipped on time and in full.
Liaise with the finance team and customers to facilitate payment resolutions when customers are over their credit limit or have overdue invoices.
Send payment reminders to customers for orders that require pre-payments to avoid delays.
Review, input and maintain data within Salesforce.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of business reports.
Request updated forecasts from customers.
Process incoming customer leads by gaining insight on customer needs and directing to the correct commercial or technical owner.
Complete the administration for products that need to be repaired or replaced when needed.
Assist with holiday cover for group sales support colleagues.
And any other duties commensurate with the level of the role.

Experience
Good educational background, up to A Level standard
Experience Of Using Salesforce Preferred But Not Required
Experience of using Microsoft Outlook and Teams
Intermediate capabilities with Microsoft Excel
Experience working within a team which is cross-functional and/or international
