Job description

Job Title: Customer Service Co-ordinator

Location: Havant, Portsmouth

This is a permanent position. Join our team working for a better future.

Responsibilities:
  1. Produce accurately written quotations and proposals in response to customer enquiries within the agreed timeframe.
  2. Prepare supporting documentation for internal management approval.
  3. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering, production, sales, and sub-contractors.
  4. Identify new opportunities via the sales team and progress negotiations to order, keeping up to date with inflation, exchange rates, and projected costs.
  5. Utilize relevant software such as Excel, Word, and SAP.
  6. Provide exceptional customer satisfaction proactively.
  7. Achieve and exceed relevant Customer Service KPIs.
  8. Ensure all procedures comply with audit requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and understanding of contractual liabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence in presenting and facilitating meetings.
  • Proven relationship-building abilities and teamwork skills.
