Job Title: Sales Support Co-Ordinator

Location: Heathrow

The Hertz Corporation operates the Hertz, Dollar Car Rental, Thrifty Car Rental brands across approximately 9,700 locations worldwide. We are one of the largest vehicle rental companies globally, with a strong presence in airports and urban locations.

Role Overview:

The Sales Support Co-Ordinator at Heathrow is responsible for providing administrative support to the UK Sales Team, external corporate customers, and internal colleagues. Reporting to the UK Business Support Manager, this role is crucial for ensuring accurate implementation of corporate customer accounts to drive revenue and contribute to Hertz UK's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports, UK contract documents, RFP completion, and implementations.
  2. Utilize Hertz's internal reporting systems and tools.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth operations.
  4. Manage UK contract setup, account creation, reporting, and customer inquiries.
  5. Create and develop contracts and reports.
  6. Meet departmental performance metrics, including SLAs for reporting and contract turnaround times.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong collaboration skills across multiple functions and locations.
