• Process sales orders accurately across UK and international markets.
• Manage orders efficiently to help maintain service levels.
• Liaise with vendors to obtain product, pricing and availability information for customers.
• Handling customer queries by email and telephone, escalating complex cases.
• Maintaining confidential customer and procurement records in line with data protection policies.
• Producing regular reports or summaries on order volumes or SLA performance.
• Carrying out general administrative tasks that keep daily operations running smoothly.
