Job summary

Seca UK is seeking a motivated Business Administration Apprentice to join our Sales team. You will provide administrative support, manage customer enquiries, and help ensure excellent service throughout the sales process.

This 13‑month apprenticeship leads to a nationally recognised Business Administration qualification and hands‑on CRM experience with HubSpot, with training and mentoring from an experienced team.

Qualifications

• Customer care skills and a proactive approach to supporting the sales process.
• Willing to learn and develop new skills with CRM systems training.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries from across the UK.
• Prepare quotations and log opportunities in HubSpot CRM.
• Track quotations and follow up with customers to maximise conversions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Sales team.
• Schedule and coordinate online meetings with existing customers.
