Job summary

Alfa Laval UK&I are offering an 18-month fixed term contract for 4 Sales Support Apprentices. The successful candidates will be working alongside our experienced teams throughout the business within our head office, currently based in Camberley.

You will be working towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification, attending Farnborough College of Technology one day in every 2 weeks during your working hours.

Qualifications

• GCSE Level 4 (C) or above in Maths and English.

Responsibilities

• Accurate entry of orders received via email and EDI with Right First-Time focus.
• Manage and communicate with own customer base to ensure high service levels.
• Answer internal and external customer queries promptly.
• Monitor systems to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Work with Service Operations to book engineers and meet Health & Safety standards.
• Liaise with Manufacturing and Distribution Centre to coordinate delivery.
• Resolve claims and build relationships with customers.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Manage open order backlog to secure timely invoicing.
