Job summary

Alfa Laval UK&I are offering an 18-month fixed-term contract for 4x Sales Support Apprentices in Camberley. You will support customer service, sales and business functions while pursuing a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

You’ll attend Farnborough College of Technology one day every two weeks and contribute to order processing, delivery coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives within three divisions: Food & Pharma, Energy and Ocean.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above.
• Strong communication and IT/admin skills required.
• Customer centric with good problem solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Accurate entry of orders via email and EDI with high first-time right accuracy.
• Manage and communicate with own customer base to maintain service levels.
• Answer internal and external customer queries promptly.
• Coordinate with service operations, engineers, and scheduling.
• Liaise with manufacturing and distribution for delivery coordination.
