Job summary

Alfa Laval UK&I is recruiting four Sales Support Apprentices for an 18‑month fixed term contract, based at our Camberley head office. You will work with customer service, sales teams and business support functions while pursuing a Level 3 Business Administration qualification, attending Farnborough College of Technology one day every two weeks.

You will support order entry, customer communications, and scheduling with a focus on accuracy, service quality and timely delivery across Food & Pharma,

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to learn quickly.
• Good communication and IT/administrative capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Accurate entry of orders via email and EDI with Right First-Time accuracy.
• Maintain and communicate with own customer base to ensure high service levels.
• Answer internal and external queries promptly and effectively.
• Monitor systems to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Collaborate with Service Operations to book engineers and meet Health & Safety standards.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing and Distribution Centre for delivery.
• Manage and resolve customer claims and build relationships with customers.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and support invoicing of open orders.
