Qualifications

• Five GCSEs grade C/4 or equivalent including Maths and English.
• Commercially minded, focused, supportive and creative.
• Experience in an office environment handling calls and emails.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor sales orders; create accurate records.
• Send renewal quotes and handle customer, publisher and internal queries.
• Serve as first point of contact by phone and email; direct queries to the appropriate team.
• Support account managers with quoting and case building and other admin tasks.
